I start my process by painting on my Wacom Tablet. This beginning stage allows me to make many changes and add collage pieces, before I feel somewhat satisfied. My next step is printing on Japanese Gampi paper, which is mounted on board. Gampi gives me a beautiful tactile surface to use glazes, acylics and oil pastels to make more changes which finalizes the story I am trying to convey. Although my painting starts with a digital process, it's finished form is an original work of art.
